It was great to be in the running for Helmet28’s (Antman Custom Trix EU) monthly competition, the Helmet Painter of the Month Award, let alone win it!
Helmet28 run the competition via Instagram for drivers helmets that have been custom painted and use Antman Custom Trix products. The entries are submitted to a public vote to determine the winner.
I’ve made the shortlist a few times but never won it until now with Axcil Jefferies 2018 helmet.
Although not a world beater of an accolade it was nice to get some recognition for the design and get an automatic entry to the Helmet Painter of the Year award.
I’ve been using Antman Custom Trix products for a few years, but due to the fact I paint a lot of bike frames and less helmets means I don’t get many chances to enter the competition which features some of the biggest names in helmet paintwork not only from the UK but world wide.
